Getting started

  • Sign in with Google and set up your Loula profile.
  • Browse by category or search for a specific item.
  • Use province and city filters to focus on nearby listings.

Buying

  • Open a listing to review its details, price, photos, and location.
  • Message the seller directly to ask questions.
  • Inspect an item before paying and agree on arrangements carefully.

Selling

  • Create a listing with an accurate description and price.
  • Add up to three clear photos you have permission to use.
  • Reply to interested buyers through direct messages.

Listings

  • Keep descriptions, prices, and locations accurate.
  • Update or remove a listing when the item is no longer available.
  • Use the share option to send a listing to someone.

Account

  • Loula uses Google authentication for sign-in.
  • Keep access to your Google account secure.
  • See Account & Data Deletion for instructions on requesting account deletion.

Safety

  • Meet in a safe public place when possible.
  • Never send advance payment to someone you do not trust.
  • Report suspicious listings or behavior in Loula.
