You must be at least 18 years old to use Loula. Loula is not intended for children under 13.

By using Loula, you agree to follow these Terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining access to your account.
• Information submitted through your account.
• Activity performed through your account.

Account information must be accurate and must not impersonate another person. Never share your Google password or verification codes with Loula or another user.

Loula provides a marketplace that allows users to publish listings, discover items, and communicate with each other. Loula is not the buyer or seller of items listed by users and does not currently process marketplace payments.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for deciding whether and how to complete a transaction. Loula does not guarantee item quality, seller identity, buyer identity, transaction completion, or the accuracy of every listing.

You retain ownership of the listings, photos, messages, and other content you submit. You must have the right to upload and use that content.

By submitting content to Loula, you give Loula a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Loula service. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Loula.

You must provide accurate listing information and must not intentionally mislead other users. Photos, descriptions, prices, condition, category, and location information should fairly represent the item being offered.

You must not:

• Commit fraud or use Loula for unlawful activity.
• Post stolen, counterfeit, or illegal goods.
• Impersonate, harass, or threaten another person.
• Send spam or manipulate reporting systems.
• Attempt unauthorized access or scrape Loula without authorization.
• Distribute malware or interfere with the service.

Loula may review reports and may remove or restrict listings, content, or accounts that violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, or create a reasonable safety or security risk. Serious or repeated violations may result in account restriction or suspension.

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, email contact@loula.la.

• Inspect items before paying.
• Meet in a safe public place when appropriate.
• Avoid advance payments to people you do not trust.
• Never share passwords or verification codes.

The service may change or be interrupted. Transactions are arranged between users, and users should exercise their own judgment when evaluating listings, people, and transaction arrangements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer or other statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
